To make the benefits of this tradition available to people everywhere, Master Moy Lin-shin, a Taoist monk, began teaching and sharing his knowledge of the Taoist arts in 1970. Since then, participants in 26 countries have found the Taoist Tai Chi® arts to have a profound effect for people of all ages and abilities. We invite you to experience one of our classes for yourself and discover a genuine path to spiritual well-being, harmony and health.

Beginner classes start the week of Sept 18th. Classes are held throughout the Kingston Branch including two locations in Kingston, Ganaoque, Sydenam,Bellevilee, Perth, Portland,Sharbot Lake Smith Falls and Westport. Please check out the website for times and locations.
Want to learn the 108 moves in a weekend then quick start is for you!
October 27 – 29. Runs Friday from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm, Saturday 1:00 to 5:00 pm and Sunday 1:00 to 5:00 pm.
Optional Chinese Dinner Saturday evening.
An introduction to the 108 moves of the Taoist Tai Chi set in one weekend. Join a continuing class the next week as part of a four-month beginner package.
